What is your 30-day guarantee?
We guarantee that your plant will arrive in excellent condition. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days of delivery, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do I need to repot my plant immediately after it arrives?
We recommend waiting at least 2 to 4 weeks before repotting. Your new plant needs time to acclimate to the light and humidity levels in your specific home environment before undergoing the stress of repotting.
