Return Process

  Carefully repackage the item in its original nursery pot or packaging, ensuring fragile plants are secured to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or bring it directly to our local garden center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our botanists inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
